Web hosting company owners! If you own a web hosting company and no longer wish to maintain your hosting service, we are interested in hearing from you.

Cord Hosting is looking for web hosting companies that are made up of:

Number of Accounts:	100 - 5000

Operating System:	UNIX/FREEBSD or Linux

Control Panel	Plesk or CPanel

Our acquisition program is a safe and effective way to exit the web hosting industry. With our acquisition program, you will receive a offering for your clients and receive residual income for an additional 6 months to one year. Please review our buyout questionnaire.

The Process:

Our acquisition process is simple. Your customers will be moved to our servers, or we will take over your current hosting service as a whole. We then invoice your customers directly and start to collect payments through our merchant account. Please review our buyout questionnaire.

We have two acquisition programs:

1) The first option, the agreed buyout price will be 6 months worth of revenue. 25% of the agreed buyout price will be paid to you at the time of acquisition. Then payments worth 50% of monthly revenue will be paid back to you for 6 months following the acquisition.

2) The second option is monthly payments for one year. We take over the invoicing and payment collection from your customers and pay you 75% of the monthly total every month for one year.

Annual payments made by your customers will result in a 50% payment to you at the time of the annual renewal.
